Past Performance of the Palace Way Team.

We have had request for our past investment performance history. The Palace Way Company is new, so I am providing my past investment performance information. I have over the past 38-years invested in a lot of real estate, many single-family homes and some 4-unit buildings. In commercial real estate I have done a land accumulation deal as well as 2-office buildings (value add) projects.

Here are the results of 3 of my commercial real estate deals. All were under a million dollars. These 3-deals were done while I was a CEO of my own company. Now that I can devote full time to real estate investing the investment projects, my team and I are doing are larger. 

These results are leveraged returns and the investment return % are based on the amount of cash invested. The percentage returns may seem high to some people, keep in mind I purchased greatly undervalued properties, made them cash flow, and sold them when the market was hot for income properties.
